Shipping & delivery

We usually ship in-stock items within 3 business days of your order via the US Postal Service or UPS.  Optional services such as matting require additional time, generally 2 to 3 days.  All items are well packaged for protection.

The following table gives flat shipping rates and estimated delivery times, including order processing and preparation, for items with no optional services.  Please note we cannot guarantee specific delivery times. Once we ship your order, the delivery process is beyond our control.

Return & refund

Satisfaction Guarantee: If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the order in its original condition within 14 days of receipt for an exchange free of charge or a refund less shipping.

Please note we cannot accept (1) orders returned more than 14 days after receipt, and (2) damaged or otherwise non-resalable items (except items damaged during shipping).

To return an order, please repackage the item(s) in the envelope in which the order was shipped.  Be sure to include a copy of the packing slip along with a brief explanation of the reason for the return.  If you have a chance to refuse delivery of an item you would like to return, we encourage you to do so.
